A Story in the Zokia Province Universe
Let it be said that Murphy (as in 'Murphys's Law') is alive and well, in every universe, not just our own. Even a simple pursuit can go utterly wrong for these would-be heroes. Kinda short, I know, but this is a good example of what we, in the gaming world, refer to as a "fumble".
Danielle's life is turned upside down when a handsome and mysterious stranger drives up to her father's gas station in East Elmhurst, Queens, and he decides to apply for the position as mechanic. He's as unusual as his very German name - Wolfgang Jaeger - and she feels there's something about him no one else seems to notice. Slowly but surely she discovers the frightening truth when she realizes Jaeger in English means "hunter" and she's become the hunted.

Summary: The tale of a Blacksmith and his misadventures. I saw the success for my first short story and decided to make it into a full-blown story. Again, as this is my first story I'm somewhat apprehensive but, criticism is not just welcomed but also encouraged. Thx in advance.
